Pack Updates

TSWP is moving back to a much more traditional ranking system and setup. The more "modern" pack system just did not fit with us, so we have been working hard to adjust a more traditional family style pack system to suit our needs. Please note that this system will likely evolve as we figure out what we need to adjust to suit our pack.
